Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

Contact us to arrange international shipping BEFORE ordering. Free shipping offers apply only to the continental United States.  Not all items ship internationally.

 

Delays in delivery or failure to deliver due to a customer providing an incorrect or undeliverable address is the responsibility of the customer.  No refunds, echanges, credits or repeat shipments will be issued until the items are returned to us by the mail system, if they are at all.  Any fees associated with recalling the package are the responsibility of the customer.  You must call us if a certain carrier does not deliver to your specified shipping address so we can assure propper arrangements are made.  Failure to do so will result in no refund or exchange until the package is returned to us by that carrier, which may take weeks or longer, if at all.

APO/FPO: A $15 S&H fee is added to these orders.   Free shipping does not apply to APR/FPO orders.  All items go USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail, insured and are shipped FOB.  It is concievable that APO items may arrive with customs duties or taxes due - this is your responsibility.  We make no guarantees on delivery times, thay may be anywhere from 1-6 weeks. After your item is turned over to the military mail system from the USPS it is no longer our responsibility and all risk has passed to the consumer.

CANADA:  A $15 handling and forms fee applies. Final shipping charges may vary from those you see at checkout and the amount charged to your credit card will be adjusted accordingly after a notification email is sent to you.  Free shipping and fixed shipping offers do not apply to Canada but the actual shipping cost may be reduced instead.  YOU are responsible for any duties or taxes owed when the item arrives to you.

Processing your order may take 1-3 business days before shipping occurs.  Longer ship times apply to a few products as noted in their product description.   To be environmentally friendly we may recycle shipping boxes. 

Orders over $100 may be shipped signature required. 

We may not ship orders over $100 to any address other than the billing address unless you mail or fax (800-506-9769) a copy of your order confirmation with a hand-written note that states where you want the item shipped with your signature, the date and a copy of government issued photo ID.  Alternatively you may contact your credit card company and notify them of what was purchased, the amount of the purchase and authorize shipment to an alternate address and have them contact us at 800-506-9692.

International shipments will arrive with import taxes due by you which you agree to pay.  Any items confiscated by customs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded or replaced.

For items marked "delivered" by the UPS or USPS delivery confirmation service, or signature required services of UPS or USPS, no refund will be available should you not receive your item until a full investigation has been conducted by the service in question.  This may take several months.


Orders of 1 or 2 LifeStraws may be mailed First Class mail, not USPS Priority as chosen at checkout. 

 

 

Returns Policy

 

To initiate a return for refund or exchang you must contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery your purchase to the shipping address specified at checkout to start the refund or exchange process by calling (800) 506-9692 or emailing us at service@greenbeetlegear.com.  We cannot accept returned products arriving to us more than 20 days after you initially received them no matter what the reason for return. 

 

WE DO NOT WARRANTY ANY PRODUCT WE SELL.  YOU MUST CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THE TERMS OF THEIR WARRANTY WHEN PRODUCT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR RETURNS POLICY.
 

1. If you receive the wrong item or there is a factory defect we will pay for return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange. In this case, we will mail or email you a return shipping label to use.

2. If you return a product for any other reason, the return shipping is your responsibility. Additionally, you will not be refunded the amount it cost us to ship the product to you - this includes items that were sold with "free shipping" from our site.   All non-defective returned items must have their original packaging and tags intac or they will not be accepted.  Exchanges will occur additional shipping charges.

3. Any item returned damaged or lacking original, intact tags, or with signs of use or wear or smelling like smoke, etc. will not be refunded or exchanged regardless of the reason for return.

4. Food products and rations are not accepted for return or exchange.  All food item concerns are between you and the manufacturer.

5. Apparel may be fully refunded ONLY in the case of defective manufacturing.  No refunds are offered for "wrong size" or "wrong color" or similar issues.  "Wrong size" type purchases will only be accepted for exchange if tags are intact, items and tags are undamaged and without stains or odors.  Whether or not apparel meets these criteria is at our sole discretion. Additional shipping charges will apply, there is no free shipping on exchanges.

6. Knives will not be accepted for refund for any reason.  Exchange is possible only in the case of manufacturing defects.  Used or damaged or marked knives or knives not in original intact packaging cannot be accepted for exchange for any reason.  We must be contacted within 10 days of the item arriving to your shipping address and the item must arrive back to us within 20 days as described above.

 

Return shipping on APO/FPO or international items is always your responsibility no matter the reason for return.  The S&H fee charged to ship your product is nonrefundable.  Any APO/FPO  or itnernational returns that arrive to us with taxes, duties or fees due will either be refused or that amount will be subtracted from any refund.

By accessing this Site you (“you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not access this Site. Green Beetle may at its sole discretion modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this Site. The products and services offered or referred to on this Site are subject to availability of the products and services. Further, availability for purchase of product types or individual products is subject to change by Green Beetle in its sole discretion at any time without notice. Contemplation of certain product types in these Terms and Conditions of Use does not mean such products or product types are available for purchase on the Site or otherwise, at any given time. The prices stated for such products and services are subject to change without notice.

 

RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

This Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors that may be corrected as they are discovered at Blockbuster's sole discretion.

 

CHANGES TO THE SITE

Changes may be made at any time to the information, names, text, software, images, pictures, logos, trademarks, products and services and any other material displayed on, offered through or contained on this Site.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Green Beetle may at any time, and at its sole discretion, modify these Terms and Conditions of Use, including without limitation the Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms and Condition of Use periodically and your continued use of this Site following such modifications will indicate your acceptance of these modified Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use, you must immediately stop using this Site.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Green Beetle's personal information practices on this Site are governed by Green Beetle's Prviacy Policy which is in accordance with best practices as recognized by the Better Business Bureau. Please review this privacy statement and print a copy for your records. This Site does not intend to target or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.

 

MANAGING YOUR PASSWORD AND YOUR ACCOUNT

You are solely responsible for managing your password and for keeping your password confidential. No one from Green Beetle will be authorized to provide you your password. If you have forgotten your password, go to the Sign In link at the top of the screen, then click on “Forgot your password.” Follow the instructions, and a link to change your password will be emailed to you.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Beetle, its owners, employees, operators and associates of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or other representatives from and against all claims, liability and expenses, including all legal fees and costs arising from or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use; and (b) your use of any item purchased from this site.  You further recognize Green Beetle does not warranty, guarantee or endorse the use of any goods sold on this site.  All claims regarding any item purchased from Green Beetle are solely those of the manufacturer and Green Beetle does not uphold, support or guarantee in any way such claims or the safe and responsible manufacture or design of said items.
